If you are a corporate worker who wants to get fit you’re probably facing a number of challenges such as limited time available, low energy levels at the end of your working day or even feeling intimidated within the gym environment.

You may be required to travel, spend nights away from home, or doing over time. Plus you have other family/life commitments. All this doesn’t help your health and fitness. I’ve experienced the same during my 10+ years working as an IT consultant, that’s why I designed a system that addresses these problems.

I believe that working with a PT is not only about training but about educating people. My training system focuses on producing results with 1-hour gym session a week, then you will get multiple 5 to 20 minutes bespoke equipment free routines which you can perform from home, from a hotel room or even outdoors. You’ll also get a set of helpful services such as detailed reports of your workouts, lifestyle advice, remote PT sessions and 24×7 support.

MY STORY

Having worked as an IT consultant, I’ve spent many hours in offices, travelling, away from home, attending events in the evening… That lifestyle leads to problems such as lower back pain, low energy levels and chronic stress.

I’ve tried typical 4/5-day bodybuilding routines, they made me look bigger but they didn’t help to improve my overall fitness or increase my energy levels, and were also boring. I also used to have sleep problems which I addressed with my GP, and instead prescribing pills as doctors frequently do he recommended swimming. Since then I became interested in other forms of exercise.

I developed new skills, got to understand my body better and applied new knowledge to the gym floor. I managed to dramatically reduce my stress, sleep better and feel more fit and energetic. I now use my experience to educate professionals with busy careers and lifestyle, help them get fit, look good and get their confidence back.

My personal training system is about a journey, not only about individual gym sessions; I offer you my support in and out of the gym. We’ll assess your needs and goals, design gym-based and equipment free workouts for you, and work towards your transformation.
